I have to say I think I have been uber organised this year regarding Christmas and getting presents sorted early … as in I’m pretty much done … then again I did start in September … I even got everything wrapped and ready … I only have Perry’s present to finish … but since we are doing two Christmas’s I’m giving some of his gift when his family are over and some on the actual Christmas Day …
Its been really manic at work … but the weekend was so lovely … it was quite relaxing and it was great to catch up with Shane & Vicky who we hadn’t seen in years … I took them down to the beach one morning for a little walk around before it got unbearably hot … even so the water was already really warm at 9am …
Hey everyone … we had a lovely but busy weekend … it was all a lot of fun really … except at the very end of the weekend we ended up having to make an emergency trip to the vets at 11.30pm on Saturday night for Derek … I’ll go into more detail on this week’s Caturday post but thankfully he seems to be getting better with the medication the vet gave him …
Hey everyone … its time for another Monday list of things I’ve found around the internet that I’ve been enjoying lately … its really a bit of a mish mash of stuff this time … I’m still not feeling 100% better from this cold … even though we were quick to unpack all our stuff from our trip we still have lots to do … Over 2,500 photos to sort through as well as getting our lives back on track this week is exhausting … and then throw in some poorly kittens into the mix … the boys are actually ok nothing too serious thankfully … I took them to the vets last night just to be safe … I’ll give more details about that in our Caturday post …

So Perry and I had a rather busy weekend … topped off with a day of work and now we are enjoying the start of the long Eid Al Adha holidays … this morning we got up at 4am to head to the airport and collect one of Perry’s friend’s Paul who is now going to be staying with us for the week …

Hello everyone … hows your weekend been? … I had a wonderful super long 5 day weekend … Perry only had 3 days so I had a couple days at home alone to get on with stuff … and by that I mean do nothing … well that is not entirely true … I did a fair bit of cooking and played with the kittens lots while trying to avoid doing any actual work … even though I had a couple extra days off I still had work to do from home … not to mention answering a lot of emails too …
