Thursday’s Weekly Roundup … Foggy Mornings & Catching Up With Friends …

Hong Kong … Lantau Island – Ngong Ping Village … Big Buddha & Cable Cars …

So on our second full day in Hong Kong we decided to get out of the city for the day … we got up in the morning and after breakfast made our way down to the Hong Kong MTR station to catch the train to Tung Chung station on Lantau Island … Most people think of Hong Kong as one island but its actually made up of several island … the most well known one being Hong Kong island itself … Lantau island is in fact the largest of the islands but most of it consists of mountainous terrain …
