Caturday Time With Hugo & Derek …

IMG_20140618_170624Hey everyone … we actually had such a lovely morning … in fact we slept all morning … for the first time in last 2.5 years the boys didn’t wake us up (or atleast one of us) at 7.30am demanding to be fed … we woke up at 11.30am and it was great … we both really needed the extra sleep …

Anyway here are a few pictures from the last few days …

We don’t let the boys in the spare bathroom … but when they do get in there Hugo likes to perch …

It wasn’t long after we got back that Derek and I resumed our morning routine …

Hugo is still obsessed with sleeping on the suitcase … I haven’t had the heart to put it away after getting back cause he loves it so much …

Literally I was back 5 mins and he already made himself comfy on my knitting …

I think Hugo is judging me for the extensive addition to my Yarn Stash …

Hugo rediscovered an old favourite hiding spot …

We went Scuba Diving this weekend and during the break in the day Perry and I made friends with the resident stray … she’s called Fay and is incredibly friendly … spent quite a bit of time snuggling with Perry …

She later came across the table to snuggle with me a bit … she is fully grown but absolutely tiny compared to our boys …

That is it for this week …

Till next time …

  1. That’s what I like to see: somebody uses their extensive travelling to smuggle cuddly yarn and knitting wool instead of nasty drugs and stinky cigarettes! Well done:)

During the 30-odd years that I have lived in exile in the UK I must have smuggled tons of liquorice over in my suitcase (also a favourite sleeping place with my cat, when she was still alive). If only those Customs & Excise officers knew what we get up to…Thanks for the lovely furball pictures, which always cheer me up at the w/end.

    • Lol … honestly I did get some odd looks at the store when I showed up at the checkout with a trolley overflowing with yarn … and hugo still loves the suitcase … occasionally he scares himself with the zipper and runs away … its kinda sweet …

      • The people running the store probably thought you were going to set up a market stall in competition with their haberdashery store:)
It would almost been have worth it to get stopped at airport security just to see the faces of Customs & Excise officers opening a suitcase they suspect of carrying drugs only to find a suitcase that floods the the concourse with yarn and cuddly wooll balls!
